Any products that you are not satisfied with may be exchanged or returned to Furnlite. All products returned will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be processed within 15 days of the original purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any items installed may not be returned. Some custom made units will not be allowed to be returned. This decision is made by Furnlite staff on an individual basis.
